Crafted by Lucas Kusiak—the man behind Buck Hill—under the masterful guidance of Don DiMonte, this whisky reflects a process shaped by patience, discipline, and an unwillingness to settle. Every component is chosen with intent. Every decision is deliberate. The work continues until it’s right.

Built from Ontario Simcoe County corn and Ontario rye, and finished with a subtle touch of pure Ontario maple syrup from Setting North Maple Syrup, the profile is both grounded and expressive. Expect oak, vanilla, cracked pepper, orange peel, and a touch of caramel, with a balanced spice and natural sweetness that carries through the finish.

Aged in carefully selected ex-bourbon barrels from Wild Turkey and Heaven Hill, each cask is evaluated for how it contributes to the final whisky—adding depth and complexity without masking the spirit.

Bottled at 47% ABV, non-chill filtered, and made with no artificial enzymes, this whisky is presented exactly as it was built—nothing stripped away.
