What Loaded Donkey Means
Somebody has to carry the load.
The donkey is the worker: dependable, stubborn, persistent and built to keep moving when the easy option is to stop. It represents the people whose work matters even when it is rarely glamorous.
The wagon carries the whisky. The GOAT driving it represents the force that keeps the whole thing moving: ambition, determination, grit and the refusal to quit.
