It’s also the inspiration behind the Loaded Donkey—a symbol of carrying the weight, doing the work, and earning the result.

Buck 3 is a Canadian rye whisky crafted from Ontario Simcoe County corn and Ontario rye, finished with a subtle touch of pure Ontario maple syrup from Flying North Maple Syrup. The profile is layered and intentional—oak, vanilla, cracked pepper, orange peel, and a hint of caramel, with a balanced spice and natural sweetness that reflects both grain and barrel.

Aged in hand-selected ex-bourbon barrels from Wild Turkey and Heaven Hill, each cask is chosen for character, depth, and how it enhances—not hides—the spirit. No filler barrels. No compromises.

Bottled at a full 47% ABV, this whisky is non-chill filtered and made without artificial enzymes, preserving its natural texture and integrity from barrel to bottle.

It’s versatile by design—strong neat, clean in a highball, and structured enough for a proper Old Fashioned.
